1/4 cup raw tahini
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp organic tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp coconut nectar OR 1/4 tsp stevia
To Taste…Fresh ground pepper and sea salt
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
