1. Preheat oven to 425
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, mustard, black pepper, sage, and salt.
3. Toss the chicken thighs in the bowl and turn to coat each one. Place the chicken on a baking sheet or oven safe dish
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees when inserted into the center of one of the chicken thighs
