As great alternative to regular chips, and free from all the bad oils and additives, Kale Chips are one of my all time favorite healthy snacks and they can be so versatile! You can make them savory, sweet, or salty. This recipe is a basic one, to show you how simple and inexpensive it can be.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and massage the oil, lemon juice and sea salt into the kale using your hands.
- Place on parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 25-30 minutes (all ovens vary – so just keep an eye on them while they are cooking).
