You landed on my page for a reason, and I am SO glad you are here! If you’re seeking guidance on losing or maintaining weight, increasing energy, clearing up acne, finding a fool proof way to reduce daily stress, and creating a healthier version of you, I am here to help guide you.
Let me start off by sharing that I have not always been into healthy eating. I found my path to fitness and nutrition by observing events around me, and witnessing loved ones and friends struggle with weight problems, chronic illnesses, and mental and emotional disorders.
I have had my own share of health challenges as well: teenage and adult acne, hormonal imbalance, and Hashimotos. I have been on a path to wellness for over 15 years, learning how to love my body with fitness, nutrition, and a healthy mindset. In essence, I’ve become the CEO of my body and my life. I’m always trying out new ways to stay physically active, and have adopted a daily practice of meditation & gratitude.
Importantly, I discovered that incorporating nutrient dense whole foods into my daily routines benefited me with mental clarity, an abundance of energy, and an amazing overall feeling of wellness. I want to help you feel this way too!
What sets me apart from other health coaches and nutritionists is the fact that I take your whole lifestyle into account.
I believe there are three keys to living a healthy lifestyle: eating nutrient dense food (most of the time!), physical activity, and stress-management. My specialty is incorporating this 3-pronged approach, which allows you to create a healthy lifestyle that will have you looking and feeling your best, for good. This creates a balance of enjoying the good life through nutrition, wellness, and happiness, while enjoying those favorite foods.
